We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, attention to detail and stand behind the products we produce.
Our goal is simple: to make doing business with us so enjoyable that you look forward to doing business with us again. We like to be a bit different; we design and scratch build the items you don't usually see elsewhere.
All of the production is done in-house (by Richard) with the exception of some of the masters, meaning everything from planning and design to creation and final output is done solo. Whilst this allows for full creative control and a personal touch, it also means things may take more time than a team-based project.
Your patience and understanding are genuinely appreciated as each detail is carefully crafted with care and dedication.
All our kits are tested and checked before making it onto our site.
Richard is ex-Tank Regiment and ensures that every item has as much detail and is as technically accurate as the casting process allows.

Our Favorite Charity
Hero Paws is a registered charity that supports all services that employ working dogs, from Military and Police to civilian sectors such as HMPS, Security, Conservation and Search roles.
We offer an unbiased process that aids all dogs to retire whether that be from failed training, unable to meet their current training standards or they have come to the end of their service. We offer to help bridge the gap from service to general population, to search for and rehome to the perfect home. We offer continued support and guidance to make sure these dogs live out the retirement they deserve.
Our ultimate goal is to set up a sanctuary/complex where ex working service dogs can be cared for and trained so they can eventually find their perfect forever home. We endeavour to match the right dog with the right home, no matter how long it takes.

Vision
We are trying to bring many of the old favourites back to life as well as introducing some new models.
Due to the large number of items we stock, we are now casting to order and aim to get these items out within a few days.
